St Arnold Beer Dinner

Event Description

Center Court Pizza & Brew is teaming up with Texas' oldest craft brewery, St Arnold Brewing Company, to bring you a night of amazing beers and great food!

Each of the five courses were carefully designed around one of St Arnold's famous brews. All culinary ingredients are locally sourced to guarantee the utmost in quality and freshness.

Price includes Five Course Dinner for one, associated taxes, gratuity, and each person will receive  a swag bag.

Course One - Amber Ale: Amber
Kale Salad with spiced pecans, pomegranate, & goat cheese croutons 
Course Two - Weedwacker: Bavarian Hefeweizen
Pan-fried Gulf oysters & roasted Gulf shrmp w/ a jicama slaw tossed in a  mango vinaigrette
Course Three - Icon Red: Sorachi Ace Dubbel
Beer-braised pork belly w/ candied brussel sprouts & pork jus
Course Four - Santo: Black Kolsch
Coffee crusted beef tenderloin w/ a wild mushroom demi-glaze & truffle scented potatoes
Course Five - Bishop's Barrel #4: Bourbon Barrel Weizenbock
Creme Brulee w/ a banana donut topped w/ St Arnold Root Beer caramel & chocolate ganache

Cocktail hour starts at 7:00PM and dinner will be served at 7:45PM. We ask all Guest attending arrive no later than 7:30PM.
